Reservations can be made by phone or email – contact details can be found in the Contact tab. When booking, please provide name and surname of the person ordering, contact details, number of passengers, date and time of transfer, starting and destination of the journey and payment method.
After making a reservation, we will contact you to confirm it. We will also send a detailed confirmation containing all important information about the transfer.
In case of any questions or doubts, we remain at your disposal – we will be happy to provide any information.
Payments can be made directly to the driver – in cash, by transfer or by BLIK. The transfer details will be provided after prior contact by phone or email.
We recommend booking your tour at least 2 days in advance. The earlier you book, the greater the chance of availability on the date that suits you best. Booking early is the best way to ensure that your trip or tour goes according to plan.
Reservations can be cancelled free of charge up to 2 days before the scheduled transfer. Late cancellation fees may apply.
Yes, the driver speaks Polish and English, which facilitates communication with foreign passengers.
Yes, the driver will monitor the status of your flight and wait for you in case of a delay.
When confirming the reservation, the driver’s waiting place for the passenger is agreed.
Yes, we provide a child seat upon request, for a fee. Please let us know in advance when booking.
The service includes only transport. Upon request, after prior arrangement, we can help organize the trip.
Yes, we offer flexibility in route planning. We can tailor the ride to your individual needs and preferences.
